Luis Ressel cdb687cc0b wg-quick: add 'strip' subcommand 
`wg-quick strip` prints the config file to stdout after stripping it of
all wg-quick-specific options.

This enables tricks such as `wg addconf $DEV <(wg-quick strip $DEV)`.
